  • Yes. Sessions can be 1:1 with you as the founder or include key team members when it makes sense for the topic being discussed.

  • You will be paired with a COO whose experience aligns with your business size, industry, and priorities, identified through your initial consultation. This ensures you’re working with someone who understands the challenges you’re facing and how to navigate them.
