We’re building a powerhouse bench of Fractional COOs to support founders through growth, scale, and operational transformation. This is a contract-based executive role for experienced operators who have already served as a Chief Operating Officer or Chief Strategy Officer for at least three years inside a company.
You’ll step into founder-led businesses that need structure, strategic leadership, and execution support. You may lead planning, build systems, oversee teams, optimize finances, or drive accountability across departments, always as a partner to the CEO.

We’re hiring a Business Operations Manager to support client accounts across On Call COO.
This is a 1099 contractor role (10–40 hours per week depending on client needs), ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing work and can bring structure, clarity, and execution to fast-moving businesses.
You’ll work directly with client leadership teams, supporting them with operational oversight, KPI dashboards, process improvements, and day-to-day management of business functions. You’ll be embedded in client accounts, acting as their go-to operator while collaborating with our Fractional COOs.
